Dear students,

Your group has been assigned a specific source of alternative/renewable energy. 

Group 1: Solar energy

Group 2: Wind energy

Group 3: Biofuel

Group 4: Geothermal energy

As part of your project, your group will need to create a blog entry to teach your classmates about this source of energy. In your research collect facts along with charts and graphs that contain relevant data, photographs, diagrams, flowcharts, and any other interesting information you can gather about your topic. Analyze information you collected to explain this source of energy and to address the following questions:

• Can this alternative/renewable energy replace fossil fuels?
• What are pros and cons of using this source of alternative/renewable energy?
• What are economic impacts of using this source of alternative/renewable energy?

Design and format:

 
1. Use the type of energy source as the title of your post. Include names of the team members as the first line of your post.
2. Blog entry needs to be high quality with attention to detail, accurate spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. Use text formatting tools to present factual information:
3. You will need to use visual and interactive features in your blog entry (diagrams, links to interactive sites, images, etc.) Use media tools to insert link, image or video: 
4. Make sure to summarize your findings and answers to questions given in the assignment. 
5. You can save your work at any time by using  in the top right corner of the page
